This "Get Yourself Golf Ready" class discusses how to improve your body for the golf swing you want to make. It will include how to warm up for a round, how to practice, how to stretch and strengthen the muscles used in the golf swing, and a how to for 5-10minute at home drills to improve strength in the golf swing and mobility in the body. Class will take place on our driving range at 10:00am on January 27th. Just Show Up!
